Yes good day out, just need to work out how I am going to afford new panniers! Matal Mule look great but £1200-£1300 for a 800gs! Stahlkoffer panniers look like good value, anyone tried them?
VR rider on here had a set of the Stahlkoffers for sale for the 800GS, could bag yourself a bargain. The metal mules look good, but the £800 you'd save with Stahlkoffers go's a long way on trips, especially at 60 to the gallon on the GS

alpos and some others are cheaper but stahlkoffers are the best value "strong" cases IMO, virtually ready to go out of the box, i would have to work on light construction alpos's to beef them up.

"You're in a desert, walking along in the sand when all of a sudden you look down.."

"What desert?"

"Doesn't make any difference what desert, it's completely hypothetical"

"Then how come i'd be there?"

"Maybe you're fed up, maybe you wanna be by yourself, who knows?"
