BMW GS WANTED

Hi folks I am on the lookout for a BMW GS.
I am planning to matt black whatever I buy so not looking for mint or blinged examples but must be mechanically sound and prefer to have Tax and Mot please?
My budget is about £2500 tops so I realise its going to be an older 1100 or maybe if I am lucky a 1150?
Been to see a 2002 1150 today but it was in too good a condition to matt black and also needed tyres, fork seals etc and was priced at over £3000 so had to say no. :(
One last thing I am located in South West Scotland so looking for something as close as possible?
Cheers in advance.
Grog.

Indeed £12 for the option to join a forum, I haven;t bothered renewing since being here on ABR, its got more old wingeing gits than a pigeon fanciers day out to Blackpool, :side: Call AiDE at the Adventure Bike Warehouse, he is selling his 1150a

That bit about pigeon fanciers made me laugh! Just to keep my options open I am going to have a think about Yoski's and how do I contact this Aide person and where is the wharehouse?
