How thick does it inflate? Is it truly self-inflating, or are you saying it comes with an internal air pump?
Please advise.
Thanks!

THIS one?
The specs say:
[ul]
[li]Available in Black, Blue or Grey [/li]
[li]PVC-coated [/li]
[li]Size: approx. 188 x 66 x 5cm[/li]
[/ul]
But how realistic is the 5cm?

I bought cheap mats for the "Boil".
They packed really small and were great as long as you could stay on them and they didn't deflate.
One of them did deflate, although no leak could be found and the material they were made of meant that if you turned over and got near the edge they slipped out from under you.
They were cheap but a waste of money.
I have had a look at those Aldi mats and while they seem good for the price a "Go Outdoors" double flock airbed would pack to half the size and be a lot more comfortable ........so long as you had a small pump or lungs like a whale of course.

yep it does self inflate. if you are very heavy you might want to top up with one or two breaths into it. spec is for person up to 110 kilos i think

Picked up one of these mats yesterday and I have to say, its not half bad. Only down side is folded down, its still quite bulky.

I bought one last year (two actually for me and my son)and we have used them on numerous occasions. I am 16 stone and find it comfortable in a tent on grass as well as on a mates carpeted floor. My son is 10 years old and finds it like a mattress. It inflates to more like 3-4cm, is very well made, but it is bulky once used a few times as it is impossible to get it back to the size it originally comes in.

Can someone post a link to where you'd buy one?
Thanks.
