North Yorks Bunkhouse
Evening all, a few bits of info for those who i haven't seen recently.
Friday avo we plan to have a run out for those arriving early, leaving 2 pm perhaps. Anyone interested just let me know and i'l keep an eye out for you.
Saturday there will be two groups led me cowling and myself (well volunteered neil) we'll sort the groups out friday night during the bbq. On that note, i'l fetch a few slabs of beer if we all chip in and then you guys don't need to lug gallons of it all over the country.
I'l also fetch some basic barbie stuff, burgers and sausages so feel free to add to them with creative ideas!
Saturday night minibus is booked into Whitby for those fancying it which is the majority i believe.
Heres a link to the bunkhouse, it has some good detail and gps co ordinates to get there, everyone managed fine with these last time.
Ignore the sleeping arrangements on the website, they are bespoke, all you need is a sleeping bag.
Please can you fuel up ready for saturday, the best place for pretty much everyone is kirkbymoorside and also a good spot for picking up bits and bobs from the co op.
From there the best route to the bunkhouse is
Hutton-le-hole
Rosedale abbey
Glaisdale.
Any probs just give me a shout, see you friday.

Re: North Yorks Bunkhouse
~Hey Scoob,
I'm coming in my van and will be up in time for ride out on the Friday afternoon. If there is anyone else on the reserve list that wants to come, I can kip in the van. Let me know if you want me to pick anything up. Will get some bits and bobs for the bbq.
Looking forward to it!

Re: North Yorks Bunkhouse
I would have ridden up but I can "work" from the van on the way up - conference calls - so I can make distance and not have to worry about taking time off work. Some of us are still too young to retire...

Hi Scoob, I am linking up with Stevied so not sure what he has in mind, so don't hang around if we are not in sight.

Don't forget a towel, it's a bunkhouse not a spa!
