On upward trip , last 24 hour petrol station would be Inverness, Longman Road (IV1 1ST) , left at last roundabout before Kessock Bridge.

Petrol available at Ullapool time I think are 9am to 5pm mon - sat sun 10-4
Will try to confirm this ...

Most rideouts are less than 200 miles.

Will be travelling in via Inverness so that will give me enough to get to Ullapool as it will probably be late when I go through there.

Final bump and update. The bike has been serviced (due anyway) and everything trial fitted and taken on a run. A power socket has been fitted for the GPS. The route is finalised and GPS programmed. Now all I have to do is ride it. Sounds easy dunnit. Hope to see everyone there and praying for good weather as that long on a cold and rainy day could be a real pain.

I arrived at Ullapool on Friday afternoon with Maria in howling gales and heavy rain to find Paul had arrived safe and sound.
It took about five people to help us erect our tent before we could have a chat.
I think he said it took around 17 hours to get there and he had a numb bum!

ABR members have once again come up trumps when it comes to helping the orphans in our care and Paul's ride has raised a significant amount for our cause, we cannot thank him enough for voluntarily undertaking this incredible feat.

Thanks Paul from the bottom of our hearts, I am sure you will post a ride report.

Paul & Maria.
