as long as it's proper fact, you can't have too much info imo, there is sooo much miss info about on this subject, anything that makes it a bit clearer is welcome in my eyes

It"s just a cryptic reference to the fact that this just goes round and round in circles. People post some information and then get shot down for it. Just take it for what it is and don"t complain if you get caught out.
