Yes I looked at 640 cans but they are left sided and my pipes right sided, would have been ideal as actual design for the bike.
Would fitting the 640 Enduro front pipes take the exhaust across to the left hand side and allow the L/H silencer fit ?
Due to the side tanks I have no space to run a standard exhaust, my header pipe is like this one and runs down. I ideally need a 51mm silencer as my pipe is 50mm. Sure I will find the right one at a later date.

I am not happy with that end can, it weights nearly as much as the bike and looks FUBAR
I am looking for a silencer that fits the right side and will fit/slip on a 50mm OD pipe that would be suitable, also I have a section of 50mm link pipe to push it up slightly with a slight angle so should ideally be positioned just off the back center of the right hand side full tank
Any ideas?

Try GP Velocity cans - they do 51mm - small and stubby - and not expensive.
Or maybe take a look at Lextec? Even cheaper I think, but don't know about the quality - especially with the thumping explosions of a big single going through it all the time.

Fuel exhausts? UK company, excellent quality and a variety of styles.
Progrip 714 rally grips. (these are the rubber, not foam, ones) Sorry, they are black! But comfortable on my 434 DRZ and have lasted very well.

I think he'd be disappointed with the Lextec ones, I fitted one to my wife's F650GS (single) years ago and it was a bit noisy, same on my DR350, then my 701 came with one fitted and it was hideously loud. I think they use crap absorbent padding. The quality of manufacture seems OK though.
Can you just get a small bend and get the Akra as low as possible, then cut a bit off the can to get the right length?

Looking a options, I have a link pipe to pick up this evening and then I will look at what size can will fit.
Might make mock ups with carboard for diameter and length onto link pipe to see what fits best
I am also considering repacking the original exhaust and getting it TIG welded onto the link pipe as the weld was cracked and broke off when moved by hand hence a replacement

I have seen a few come up for sale of these in poor condition
Looks in great condition but what was the reserve price if it did not sell at 4k bid

I ordered a silencer which arrives next week however I am going to get the original exhaust repaired as needs a slip on section at 51mm tig welded where it broke off and also repacked. If I don't use it on this bike I will use it on the other 640 sitting next to it when I get on to it.

I met the owner of this bike a couple of months back when he bought a bike from me. I recall him saying the bike had been on display for some time before he bought it and it showed little sign of serious use but he still made a thorough recommissioning of it.
As a collectable KTM sanctioned LTD edition bike that can be used if looked after I'd value it around £5.5k max.
