Re: TRF forum still offline
So what means of communication with each other do you recommend?
Maybe I must learn to use this more?

Re: TRF forum still offline
Greetings Red,
So nice to hear from you. I started to write a PM to you but just pressed the wrong key and lost it all
In short, yes, do keep in touch on here, there are quite a few ex and paid up TRF folks about so plenty of knowledgable sources helping each other. Much the same as on the old TRF Forum really. However, the great thing is that you can pass comment here without the concern of infuriating the 'chosen ones', or should that be the self-inflicted ones? Very sad really, I could almost speculate on it turning into a Private company in the not too distant future. I recall how the old AA went that way when the business side outgrew the core Membership side of things, but perhaps that is simply evolution?
I remember you and I, plus a couple of others, volunteering to become Moderators but just couldn't follow the Party three line whip.
Polite free thinking and speech are respected here so join in.
TTFN
Hugh.

Hello Red,
Yes many of the better people from the TRF forum (and the TBM forum) are here exchanging wit and wisdom. I'm here too, but don't let that put you off!

NigelL from the good old forum.
It's getting to be like the alternative TRF forum of choice on here.
So here is probably as good as anywhere.
I refuse to use Facebook.
Using WhatsApp is as close as I will go, as WhatsApp is owned by Facebook. Mainly use it for voice over Internet to relatives abroad as well as texting and sending photos. You can also create chat groups which works well for small groups but not as replacement for a forum especially combined with Tapatalk but that's only available for Mobiles and tablets.
