yeah .. I realise its only a `pretend` enduro, and for my sort of [easy] riding it seems fine, though when the chain gets a bit more wear I may put a 42 sprocket on the back, (14 front still) not too extreme as I mostly do a lot of road riding without van or trailer, and then (easy) lanes. (this is where the `L` comes into its own)
£70 for the clutch kit is great! Spadger, .. don't forget the pics and review .. looking forward to it, as it seems a good mod for low cost. B)

Will do , to be honest most of the trails we've done are straightforward and not been heavy , mainly in Pyrenees without issue , I had a Ktm and drz e for home but have sold both so the Honda has been getting extra work , it's a great bike for money can't see me replacing it , Minkeyheads 300 conversion is something special but don't think I'm clever enough for that , the bike came with an ejk fuel thingy , k&n filter, some sort of speedo calibrater which I'm to thick to understand, I bought a yoshi system off Chris on here which was immaculate plus a tail
Tidy , sounds great and Crofty 's plans for side racks have been copied and racks made although changing exhaust makes them sit a bit proud , I'll be
Putting stock exhaust back on for morocco, they or my scabby welding coped ok on my off on the ice covered road prior to the trail ride yesterday, I bought some shad saddle bags which are good value at 70quid and fully waterproof from supplier in France , next job is to locate a rotapax and suspension mods , any advice greatly appreciated , on another note has anybody fitted a Cush drive rear wheel ( think Jos ) with a Ktm wheel ? Or it might have just been rim ? I haven't got facility to make spacers Etc .

there is a minor adjuster (wheel near lever) and a major adjuster (longer one a bit further along).
3000 miles does not seem a lot, to need a new clutch?
as the plates wear the lever free play will lessen, and the lever biting point will feel higher gradually? then fade (I think)

Understatement , pushing the bike didn't help , a bag of chips and some scraps helped me recuperate till I hit the pain killers
Tho while I was waiting for mort to collect me and the bike on the trailer was a good day , you'll have to have a trip up with gav and Pete once I've learnt the routes , know more in Spain than my own backyard
these pics are just as good as the video.
it sounds like the (smaller) judder plates are what wears out? as they are designed to slip.
the ebc plates that go in, are the same as the oem ones? (apart from the new larger last one?) [edit .. someone wrote they are thicker]
if you still want a light clutch lever you can put the old springs back in? [but pointless?]

probably my mistake,no experience of the crf its just the time honoured way of preventing clutch slip without making the clutch pull too much of a strain
