Just hope no animals have got to it before you do!austin vince wrote:At each way-point is buried all our food, fuel and water for the next leg.

Just getting the logo done now. I will try to hold a mini ABR referendum and get the members of the forum to vote for their favourite logo. Assuming that is, I can must the IT skills to display on this page!!

Good luck and looking forward to the video that I'll probably end up buying at next years HU meeting...
Why? Why not?

Good luck Austin, sorry didn't get time to chat on Sunday at the Copdock Bike show.

Fan could be too strong a word, but in the ways of the interweb we converse via Facebook as indeed do you and I but of course pseudonyms mean half the time we don't realise. However fellow small engined bike fan definitely, although maybe something slightly more comfortable than a C90, a 125 is fine for me.austin vince wrote:In principal - yes!! However, I have an ancient Mondo superstition that 7 is a magic mondo number. That means we will have to wait till next time. I am so thrilled to see you on that killer machine - are you an Ed March fan?
Of course, your comment about seven has made me wonder about the superstitions I have before setting off on a ride.

Nice One Austin,
You've got the best job in the world apart from mine !
Sounds a grand adventure, I trust you'll be bivvying throughout the trip & perhaps challenging the others to build spectacular sand castles too, which can be photographed & shared with us all, complete with Union Jack paper flags.
Will the Mondo Sahara be on the Film Festival list for 2013, or will Gerald reject it ?
Be safe & good luck
