That video has been posted by an Italian user, so I suspect that was 0-70mph (112kph) and back. Set off at 3 seconds into the video and got to 112kph about 10 seconds into the video, so that video corroborates what Bike magazine are saying, but either the magazine or me have screwed up in the wording, I'll go check.

0 - 70 in 7 seconds will still see off your average hot hatch though.

Yep. They did say 7 seconds 'slower', which is why I stuck an exclamation mark next to it when I posted it. Thought circa 10-11 seconds to 70mph was a lot for a 700cc bike.

I think they meant to say 7 seconds to 70mph, 'which is slower than' the CBF

So it's a bit slower than the CBF, but almost twice as fuel efficient. Tortoise vs slightly tubby Hare then & on a long distance ride reckon would win it.

I love the under seat storage. Thank you Minky, one that I wouldn't have considered is now on the list. Prefer it to the Wee & more practical than an XTZ (grand cheaper too) for what I really need, which is a reliable commuter
