Loughinisland Churches.

A nice place to stop on the way to Newcastle just off the main road behind Brennans Petrol Station.

Three old Churches and a graveyard.

If you head there from Annacloy down the Loughinisland Road there are some nice bends.

That's the 3rd time Loughinisland Churches have got a mention

- it is a lovely spot tho & the ice cream at Brennans is worth sampling

Quoile Castle, Downpatrick, Co Down

Lovely spot, well managed gardens, ample parking & picnic tables & public toilets.

Just outside Portaferry on the way to Ballyquintin Point I found St. Cooey’s Well…….

The well / spring flows through a number of places to Wash, Eyes, Drink, before flowing out to the sea

A great view of the marsh and a walk towards the ocean.

Stopped here the other day. Larne usually gets a bad rap, but this spot was lovely. Picnic tables with great views up the coast & across the sea
