had a email from the venue and want a 50% deposit ,,,,

so on 40 - 50 turning up that a big deposit

i have told them that i am not prepared to pay £350 up front ,, as i am not sure of numbers

i have offered £200 if this is not acceptable

i will start to look for another venue to have an alternative,, for out of season they are being silly to there selfs

last year i gave them over £600 ,,,for the camping plus all the extra beer and food sold

i will post asap with the out come ,,,, plenty of time to sort ,

i am making inquires on another site a friend of mine had book this site for a bike do in August , so they are biker friendly i will see what they have to say tomorrow ,,
there site photos look good and they have a pool

An excellent venue the Horizons Unlimited HUBB has been held there for last 3 years and has be booked for 2019.
Plenty or Internal space and two bars.
PS the Butty Bach is damm good

i have just talked to my friend and he said that the adventure bikes use the site ,,,,

sounds like we might be moving ,,,

Hay on Wye does cracking Cornish pasties in the town centre. Will only take me 40 mins to get there too!! Smashing

Hi Devon John, so long as the date stays the same you can count me in, either location is fine with me.
It's all about being there with like minded folk, riding bikes, eating, a drink or three, and all the usual daft banter.
