So the corrected letter I was to get within 24hrs has not arrived and the telephone call I was supposed to get this morning was not received.
I didn't really expect a reply to my email, so not surprised at the lack of response to that.
I will give it till Monday then get tore back in.
An idea would be get to get as many truthful accounts on CN incompetence onto this thread and then forward to BBC Watchdog and ask them to investigate if CN are up to something or just idiots.
I would like to see one of them in the Watchdog studio trying to explain to a couple of million viewers why the are as incompetent as they are.

I could easily ramble on about the great service I received from CN in the old days, and I could easily ramble on about the shoddy service I received from them in the latter years. But it's easier for me to summarise by saying that I will never ever use CN again. Even if it means I pay someone else slightly more.
