I take it that the flip goes all the way back and not just to the top of the helmet, as my instructor told me it isn't legal unless it goes all the way back? :blink:

Yes it does, shows in the pics.
And tested in full face and open face.
I only really wear it full face on Motorway type roads now.

As good as any full face I've tried, I think it helps as it's quite snug aroung the face. But I use ear plugs when on a longer trip, not so much for local bimbling.

The Caberg Tourmax is homologated for use with the chin piece up as well as down :-)

Its amazing how two people (you and me) can rate the same product completely differently, I guess its proves honesty and makes it more important for the OP to try before he buys or get more feedback.
Different shaped heeds ! Different bikes. Different seating positions. Loads of other factors. Quietest helmet I've ever owned was Scuberth S1 Pro.

Quite rightly try before you buy.
