Does the front wheel ever touch the ground with all that weight on the back?

I have seen delivery motorbikes with about six medium gas canisters on the back on the back. I’ll try to find another and snap it. They have stands on both sides to keep them stable.

Thinking about it, have you seen that video of somewhere in Asia where the guy straps a load of luggage on the back, sits the lady on the pillion and rides it up the scariest narrow dirt hill track imaginable?
