for me its unbelievable that you buy a Shoei helmet whcih actually the company produces only helmets basically and you have problem of water ingress from the top vent, i bought the helmet from motocard/spain and i sent the helmet back because its was leaking air and water , they changed the top vent but i feel again the wind coming inside, if air flow is again there, i believe also the water will come inside. From the project point of view i don't understand how they set up a permanent air ingress with the top vent closed, without getting also the water inside?

Had mine for 2 years, used all the time, from extreme cold and biblical rainstorms to blistering heat it's been comfortable and water/wind proof, my favourite lid (thumbs)

Nor mine. Only problem I have had is a broken vent on the chin guard, but that was me :pinch:

Ince, it was only on the first neotec mine was the same I got my dealer to replace the seal in the top to the new one that seals totally it was done free of charge. Get your dealer to get a new seal from the sho rep.
