How about ay up m'duck ?
I have some pals who have run a pub near Donnington Park for approx fifteen years.
That phrase seems to be a common greeting in the area.

Hi to all Adventure riders,

Just joined having found the mag looking at me in the local Newsagent. I have been waiting for a publication like this for ages.
I live in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria, ride a Varadero and I am very lucky to be surrounded by some of the best riding roads in England.

I am a "born again" biker and at 45 loving every minute of it.

Thanks
Paul
