With the intention of repeating an “east” gathering annually for those not able to always escape westwards, naturally everyone’s welcome:

I think since this will will have an initial small subscription, the camp site is unlikely to get sold out, unfortunately the short notice period tests our calendars, particularly when it comes to managing expectations.

Feel free to book a pitch now, the day before or next week, the mrs and I will be on our bikes to get another biking weekend escape before the dry season changes.

Ok, so spoken to Wendy about pricing, she’s happy for us to just pop-in(not book online) and pay as walkers (small tent etc) for £12 per night

Re-confirmed permission for firepit and log burning

I’ll need to call in with numbers by the 20th, so that Wendy can update her staff who will look after the site over the weekend.

Please confirm if your definitely gonna :
1. Camp
2. Ride off road (Pedders way) saturday
3. Riding road (leader needed)

I'm up for the camping, probably road ride on Saturday and Sunday, outside chance only for off road if I change tyres.
Look forward to talking rubbish around a fire with a cheeky beer on the go.
