ive had my toruatech zegas for nearly ten years and done the lot with them - inculding africa and full on trial ridingf that would make my enduro bike wince.
Not one problem.

I have the plastic trekker cases and really rate them. I bought them because they were pretty cheap second hand compared to others.
I have taken a few falls off road and apart from a few scratches and dents there still pretty solid.

Geez mate that sucks, really not good at all. A case of looks over substance for sure. I've seen varios on BMW's that look like they have exploded after only a small off. So I choose metal mules heavy but solid overkill probably but time will tell 4 years on no regrets so far.
As for aftersales ,companies do themselves no favours at all acting like that .Now if I were you I'd post this on every single bike forum on every platform
