Works on my iPad too.
1/ Add File
2/ Touch Attachment box. A choice of choose a photo or take one should pop up.
3/ Choose one of yours.
4/ Insert file.
5/ Submit.
6/ Cross your fingers and wait.
Thus:

Ok, again not quite sure how I did it again, but a photo's here. How do I turn it into a full screen photo?
