Well not sure if you will get this but I lived and rode in Turkey for 7 years so if you need help drop me a line.

Thanks Guys. Spent a few days in Andermatt doing some passes ie the Furka, Oberalp etc. On the way to the Dolomites tomorrow. Just about recovered from watching Cellan do the ' Goldeneye ' bungee jump off the Verzasca Dam on the Swiss / Italian border : 300 metres and it was his first ever bungee. Fair play!

Hi Al, Paul, have a great trip

In Northern Greece now, crossed from Macedonia today ,favourite place so far has to be Lake Ohrid Macedonia.First impressions of Albania was not very good, crossing from Montenegro I thought it was a tip but having survived Tirane things got better in the mountains. Croatia was great : highway 8 from Rieja to Dubrovnik has to be up there with the best. Croatian girls are supposed to be the prettiest in the world according to my son but they know it and are pretty unapproachable he says. The Slovenians were much more chilled out. Spent a week on the island of Krk waiting for a new stator and regulator/rectifier to arrive from the Fatherland ( big thumbs up to BMW Motorrad Rieja

The Albanians were very friendly when not trying to drive us off the road ,that's most of the time then! Bosnia was a nice surprise, very friendly people. The Bay of Kotor, Montenegro was nice, especially the pass over the mountain. The Swiss passes out of Andermatt were stunning but hard work two up with all the gear. The Furka, Oberalp, Stelvio and St Gottard were hard work on the zero radius curves especially when meeting buses coming the other way but worth it for the views. A few days in Northern Greece and then we head to Turkey. My son has taken loads of photos and videos on his Go Pro TTFN
