Camping at Scotland last week at a foreign rider pulls out a full blown inflatable single matress for his tent.Nice and compfy but he must have been touching the tent ceiling when lay on it :woohoo: :laugh:

Very expensive and very uncomfortable.
I now have a synmat ul air bed which is comfier a 3rd of the price and packs down to the size of a can of lager.

Kampa Slumber Plus Camp Bed ,about 4.5 kilos(a little heavy) ,about £33.00.Worth every penny. (thumbs)

I use a £4.99 cheapie air bed from either supermarket or outdoor store, with a battery powered inflater.
I sleep better when camping than I do at home>
With the self inflating things I always ended up cold, sleeping beside them?

I think the cot one with an cheap mat is as good a nights sleep as one can get, and I'm a terrible sleeper normally...

Helinox cot one. Bloody fantastic, I'm 6ft 1 and about 18 stone and I sleep like a log on it. They are expensive but worth every penny in my opinion.
