1. Wake up
2. Rub eyes
3. Strong coffee in
4. Check meet is still on
5. Warm clothes on
6. Ride

Must not skip step 4 or might find oneself in the middle of the square in Ballyclare all alone at 9:30 on a windy Monday morning!
