Good video Minky.

Seen as I wont have any protection fitted (hanguards etc) before the boil, is there any chance we could plan an easy off road route. Im happy to lead if provided with a map. Done quite a bit of green laning in the dales but that was over 8 yrs ago!

please dont worry too much some of the rocky clips were part of a fact finding mission as to whats easy and whats not .. ..we want everone to have a good time and ride home undamaged ..the asent on that trail and decent is fairly tricky [as demonstrated ..
and probably wont be used unless everone in that group .. wants to have a go forwarned ..its one of many we checked out .. and was the hardest by far

but as you can see from one of the clips you can take a tumble in as im sure you know in what is really a easy situation ...doh :silly: silly me ...but it happens
you could probably get some polisport guards for less than two spare levers
ive got to play devils advocate here a little and say its probably a good idea

if you play spot the difference here you may see some plastic missing ...fortunatly they a re only cable tied on as weather protectors it was only 5mph landing on soft grass ... without the metal guards i think a bent brake lever would be the minimum i could hope for ...

in answer to your question
yes if your unsure if you bring a me or mike and mick one or maby two o/s wayfinder maps .. will do are best to mark it /them ..
for you ..but i cant say anything other than in truth .. the day will be limited ..and the trails substatially further apart ..plus you could break a lever anyway
pm me if you want the map numbers you will need

ive read this post back and hope it reads ok to you ..we will do anything we can to help you have a good day.. hope that helps

Great Video Minky - Although it wasn't a Blue Monday, but a great Saturaday :P

I think we now have a good collection of lanes which we can link together for some great boil ride outs - With something for all levels
