As a recipient of an organ transplant I can only encourage people to sign up. Without the organ donation system I would be dead many years ago. Ironically, because I am a recipient I cannot be a donor.

all my parts are available but i do have a return policy, carry on excessively drinking and i want my liver back, keep smoking and i want my lungs back, keep looking at porn and my eyes should give you years of great service
