To link a pdf - you'll need to set up something like a Google documents account (you don't even need a google email account), upload it to there, then use the link google gives you in your post.

I'm quite happy for riders to use either mate. Both look great and function well or riders can just do it on a A4 sheet with a crayon as some people may not have a printer!

Just as long as the number can be seen for the records. Riders tend to like options as you can tell from all the modifications we make to our rides! :laugh:
