Pre-trip Nerves

I'm only 36 and I'm already chanting keys, wallet, phone when I leave the house. I'm buggered when I actually get old!

I've gotten into the habit of walking backwards out of rooms doing a kind of side to side visual sweep of the room (including sweeping arm movements) in case I've forgotten anything.
