The wife loves the snow, and the pitiful amount we get here is laughable compared to where she was born. In the winderness in BC Canada , but there they just continue as normal. They are all geared up for it ,(roads cleared, snow mobile out , ice fishing , etc etc) . sounds like fun.
Here it snows, the roads are crap , no snowmobiles, no ice fishing Hahahaahahahah,..
(see Iam getting cranky already) lol

Came back from Aberdeen via the Cabrach this afternoon - slush all over the road in the shaded parts on the higher sections of road, and that was at 3pm  . Made for some interesting moments.
Was riding back from paying my last respects to a GS rider who took his last ride today - along some really nice twisties I might add (good on the funeral directer). 36 riders following the family cortage! Awesome sight that Gert would have been really proud of.
RIP big fella

We got our first sprinkling about 6 days ago, but it was not very heavy and it's not been cold enough to settle!
I'm gonna need new gloves: I think a pair of stylish sheep-pelt mittens are in order!!
