Photos are rotated

When I publish photos taken with my camera. Vertical. The turn to horizontal when publishing

I have tried to rotate them 90 degrees before publishing. But it does not help


How to avoid this ?

I’ve asked before as some of mine get rotated, whatever I try and do, but not all of them.
Others have the same problem by the looks of it.
No help forthcoming so far.

I'll get the tech guy to have a look at this next week, I get the same thing (not always) when using a phone

I usually spin it round 90degrees five times
