that was goggs .. he was the tail ender, and looking after us all ..... great guy.

Not sure how he got in that position, mind ..

I like being tail ender. No pressure and I can wobble at my own pace and everyone else gets a rest while they wait for me.

I’m in Taiwan, a country I lived in for 15 years, visiting my wife’s family and we saw these guys on the road today.

I guess you’d call them Taoist bikers. There were fifteen or twenty of them, some with Taoist ‘gods’ riding pillion and they were probably visiting various temples on a tour. The pillion gods are mannequins, not people dressed up.
These bikers are good fun and would be eating, drinking and making merry at night, after the temples, which btw are wonderful to look at.
