The last photo is the flasher relay

Got the cooler all plumbed in and re-filled the bike with oil. I've only ran it for a few minutes to check oil is circulating and it was.

Have not had the bike out for a run as its been playing on my mind that the brass barb supplied is considerably smaller than the internal diameter of the metal oil lines. I've also had to really compress the 10mm oil pipe. The other union I bought to match the size of the barb supplied with the cooler around 7-8mm.

I've ordered all fittings at 10mm, my worry was to much restriction of flow back from the engine. My thoughts are, the internal diameter of the oil cooler fittings would be set, so oil does not flow through the cooler to quickly.... though I have no idea what I'm doing and this was one of the cheapest oil coolers on amazon!

Once my new fittings arrive which should be Monday I'll fit them before my night shift and see if its has improved anything on my way into work

I've also found one of the oil lines can be pushed onto the exhaust, it takes a bit of force but to be on the safe side I've got some fire proof sleeve. I'll cable tie around the area that could be pushed onto the exhaust

Oil cooler looks good, never fitted one myself but liking the way you've done it. I did think the return pipe looked a tad close to the exhaust but your addressing that. Did you add some extra oil in the system due to the oil cooler ;)
