Yes I have one and it says firmly in the cupboard unless I’m strapping it to the back off the bike with bungees

It’s waterproof but the tie downs are nigh on useless for any type of bike I’ve tried it on.

The clear plastic is a bit rough as you have to slip bits in the sleeve, but it’s not great as if it’s not full rucks up

I am not overly fussed with it
