I see the sticker are out..but 2.00 postage is rip off...

Surely, that's down to Adventure Spec rather than the volunteers who are working on the TET? Have you ever bought anything from Touratech? I think their minimum is £8 postage! :sick:

I know and Adventure spec are funding the web site...but its still a rip off ...what would a simple envelope franked cost them...qfter all if the sticker had a link to adventure spec then they would be getting advertisement...zen overland dosent cost a.fortune and i support Gabe

Just had the email to say that the TET is now live and gpx files available for download.
What a great achievement by all involved (thumbs)

Excellent !
Just downloaded the France section and having a look in basecamp .
( the download is in .gdb format, far as I can see you will need garmin basecamp to open and view all the files, the individual tracks in gpx can be exported from there for anyone not running garmin such as android phone apps etc.)
Looks great and looking forward to trying some of the sections. Lots of info in the download as well as the actual tracks there are fuel, hotels, viewpoints etc and some bike shop locations with marques catered for....very thorough, a big thanks for all the hard work. (thumbs)
Edit: now downloaded the Portugal one which is normal .gpx file

Oh yes (thumbs) I'm interested in the bit due east from me ( towards Clermont Ferrand ) then heading south from there, never visited that part of Fr, and down to the Med end of Pyrenees.

Great big thanks for the hard work ...ive downloaded the france gpx file and looked at it on garmin topo fr v3...simple to follow..
Roll on spring (thumbs) ....
the web site is really brilliant and thought out...just please update the stickers :woohoo: :whistle: ..
