By the way, the 2WD RR Evoque with the 150BHP engine doesn't get anywhere near 67mpg!

I've got no idea where they got that figure from - I'm averaging around 41mpg, according to the dash.

Read the terms and conditions on sticking a private plate on your PCP'd car as a lot of the finance companies do not allow it...

BTW it's not "your" car, so, when someone hit mine I told the owner ie lease company and got their ok on who was going to do the repairs. My name's on the log book, but as it so nicely says it doesn't mean much.

I'm sure you also know I have a French wife, a Son, a Toyota, a Daytona, a Tiger, and that I've live in Northamptonshire.

Just like I know a fair bit about you from your posts on here.

But for some reason people only remember or comment on the Merc. I wonder why that is?

Ha, Ha,

I know what you mean, I drive a Lexus RX on a Private Reg Plate.

Hold that thought!

The Lexus is 13 years old....

and the Reg Plate is worth more than the car and was a present.
