Has everyone modded theire airboxes?

I need a longer clutch cable for my DR350. Any idea where I might get one. Fired her up for the first time in ages last night. First turn of the engine, what a happy noise (thumbs)

Johnson cables, about a mile from my place.
If you want to post cable to me I'll get it done for you.

Show me your inline fuel filter please lads...dr650 ...not the plastic crap shoved up the metal pipe...need something for my ccm that is small but wont hinder flow..

You will struggle on Ccm because of where tap is and carbs I did find one in the end but I fitted some rubber hose with preformed bends in it to move it out of way

In my slow prep for the DR, I had planned to put a 'plastic crap' inline filter and some sort of filter sock in the filler cap for the none petrol station fills in remote areas. Any suggestions most welcome.

I tried a in the tank sock...it fell to bits from euro ethanol fuel...they have higher ontent in even normal fuel than we do in uk...

Look at the pit bike alloy filters with a cleanable metal gauze filter screen...ghats what id use...but my tap is very close to my twin carbs unlike the dr650 ...boo hoo...

Dont like plasric cause it melts also becarefull of fuel vapourising when near a hot engine...
