Post Not Showing

I have tried twice tonight to post a topic onto the forum (WK400 Owners) with a few pictures. My browser (Chrome) looks like it's working for a minute or so and then just re-loads with my user name and the ABR logo at the top.

First time I thought I had maybe hit the wrong button but second time I know I hit submit but nothing there.

***And just submitted this and it worked instantly so now more confused***
