I agree though the Tenere is a very capable bike. But the seat shape is a pain in the arse.
If you do some meaningful mods to liven it up a bit and get the suspension re-worked to suit your weight....then it's a real go anywhere motorcycle.

Not if you do that to it.

Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???
Just the 3 Harleys in the garage at the moment (Road King Classic, Electra Glide Ultra Classic and Fat Boy) - just soft old Heritage Softail Classic Twin Cam and have my eye on a Suzuki Bandit for my role as a CBT instructor and a Hyabusa for my role in Blood Bikes
Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???
I had 9 at one point, but as already said no time to ride most of them. Only 2 on the road at the moment.
Honda XR650L - does everything. Superb.
MZ ES250/2 - 1971 classic 2 stroke...fun.
I have a C90 off the road at the moment. I'll never sell it.....its just there ready to go just in case.
I've grown out of Sportsbikes etc. The XR will last for a few years yet, I hope.

Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???
I've had collections, a couple of times, but now I just keep what I need and what I plan to run.
My main squeeze, the new CRF1000L Africa twin, with a Triumph Bonneville as a runaround town, the last being Viagra, my 920 Yamaha Virago!
If you have the space, go for it! I'm happy now with my lot, although I pine for my Africa Twin 750 RD04 and my Cagiva Elefant,,,, and my Bultaco Sherpa,, and my Yamaha DT175,,,,, Honda CB750KZ,,,,, CBR900RR Fireblade,,,, STOP!!!!

Just slimmed down to three by part exchanging two for an R1200GSA TE, also have an 1199 ABS Panigalre and a 1978 RD250D in yellow.
I'm a happy biker, just want more time to ride the last two.

Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???
Having taken early retirement I have treated myself to a gs1200tu to compliment my stable which include a Z1A,Z900A4,Z650C2 and a Harley softail deluxe which I am thinking of selling or exchanging for a 500ish green lane bike as I prefer riding the gs to the Harley can't sell any of my kawasaki's as riding them makes me feel 17 again and puts a massive smile on my face
Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???

Re: anybody here have more then two bikes???
I'd love to add a second bike OK, something like a Suzuki 400cc Burgman would suit fine as a we runabout.
