some 11 year old kid who I have been training came to my house today sang happy birthday to me then gave me a present of 2 bottles of beer and a pack of bacon what a man (thumbs)

he is a promising tennis player but quite small for his age group, he also gets to play slightly older kids. So I am teaching him kettle bells and some other exercises to build his strength to weight ratio up so he is a little pocket dynamo
