Re breakfast, I need a lactose intolerant menu, yaks milk and I have to eat facing east and between 8:30-8:35.

I'm sure theres room Bengy, plenty novices going and we'll all be going at a slow/moderate pace dependant on group ability. Theres 3/4 ride out leaders so you can join in on one of the groups I'm sure!
I'll be on hand with camera on the day for plenty pic opportunities, this could prove vital for some verification for BBRR stickers
