Well sometimes you have to turn the other cheek!
It's not obligatory to 'lie down' on the HISS, just popular ...

Well, beats being a smart arse!. Sorry to see you left Cork but I know what you mean about the weather here. That's why we love the K100 down here: superb weather protection!Kyzzy wrote:Yeah I like KTM's my man has one! I can't get one to fit me as I'm too much of a short arse!

Welcome!
Normally, I would have been keen to meet up, but last year, I moved to live in NZ
There's nothing wrong with being the only woman on a trail ride & there's a lot of folk on here to learn from (thumbs)
If I had joined ABR saying I only wanted to ride with other ladies, I would died waiting... :S
I recently sold my Serow to a lady who rides with other women, mostly in Wales. It would be worth seeking that group out
Consider joining WIMA GB (womens international motorcycle association), there's plenty of members around the country (and abroad) who explore the world on 2 wheels.
And one event you must do is Simon's HISS (thumbs) or next years HUMM!

Re: Hello, I need an adventure friend or two!
Hi Elle, I think everyone has misunderstood what I mean about riding with girls, I didn't say that I said I wouldn't go away for the weekend etc with guys! I will ride out with guys no problem and my man knows a lot of the guys on here anyway and has been out to Spain with Simon etc so it's not a problem. What I would like is to find a girl or two to go away with eventually!
Thanks for the advice Elle much appreciated
