I ordered some Klim from them which never materialized. To be fair they updated the delivery dates on a regular basis so I guess they were having supply problems. When I cancelled the order they refunded me promptly so whilst I was hacked off at not getting the stuff in time for a trip their service was actually quite good.

Same with Paypal unless it comes out of your bank account.
It seems I have set up some sort of direct debit with Paypal to do that. I reluctant to do though.

Where do you go to try on the kit you're ordering?

I buy bike parts & accessories from Europe when the only other option is buying from a dearer UK based internet company but riding kit I like to try on first. I wouldn't have the cheek to go into a local dealer (if we had one) to try things on then walk out and order it from Germany.

I've had a few things, cheap and good.

Although I ordered some gloves and they came in an extremely heavy and large box. When I opened it I found they had included a hardback edition of their catalogue! Seemed a little wasteful.
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

I've spent much time deliberating on a pair of Forma Broon boots, and FC Moto was the best price I could find whilst netting. Not having a store that stocks them here in sunny Lincolnshire, I was concerned about sizing, and contacted them a few times by email. They were prompt and helpful in their responses. Their price is not now the cheapest as their discount has gone down from 15 to 10 % today, as mentioned.
