For around that price you can pick up a 990 adventure R look on ebay.

It sounds a bit high but if it's in good condition and it's what you want then pay the money.
Buying at the top of the market is a mistake if you're looking to only keep it a short time but if you normally keep your bikes 3-4 years then the low mileage counts for more than the age and the used prices between a 2009 and a 2011 bike will level out.

ive recently , 2 weeks ago, bought a 09 990 adv. 6500 miles, extra inc akros, luggage and heated grips for £5500. fsh and well known at premier bikes.
