Taking a spin up to the northern coast on Saturday 6th, hoping to take breakfast at the Skiach truck stop, Evanton, at around 0930hrs, then heading north - west - south for about 300 miles.
And on Sunday I'm paying a visit to Alford to attend the annual Motorcycle Convention.
Might see you there.

Didn't think it advisable as we are away very soon after the meet, on holiday, so discretion being the better part of valour, and all thatPaul-S wrote:Why aren't you coming down to the XRV / Big TRailie National Steve? Will miss you matey
I'm sure the company of loonies that are gathering will more than fill any void left by my absence Paul  . Talking of loonies - look after the highland contingent whilst they are south with you - they're a timid lot so you might have to coax them out of their shells with an offer of refreshments  :woohoo: (thumbs)

Re: Weekend 6 -7 September Rides
Persisting down here and further north and west and looks set for the best part of the day , so it's into the garage for me to knock up a sump guard for the F658 :woohoo: .
Hoping the forecast gets better for tomorrow and Alford, cos hours of soggy trudging round the stalls and standing watching reduced content stunt displays doesn't really work for me.
Still, theres always next week (thumbs)
