i have just bought a 350,and will be fabricating front and rear racks/pannier frames this year (thumbs)
i will be looking to do @ten of each.

Looks like you need to get their windscreen brackets to go with is so $69 + $59.

Windscreen brackets look pretty good actually, I might farkle something similar.
