Another option is getting a cheap pair of glasses with thin earpieces just, for biking. This could be as low as £25... Then get whatever helmet you like.

Thanks all I think I have some good ideas now. Keep well.Update: tied some helmets on this weekend and went for the Carberg Sintesi (Matt Black). It has everything I needed.:cheer:
