Love the dog i had two german shorthaired pointers and a springer all passed on now ,i used to love the early frosty mornings out with the dogs second only to being on the bike
Although not taken today, (it was taken by Flintlock of this parish, at Applecross on our way to the Ullapool Rally) but I only got round to loading them onto my PC today, so does that still count?
Took the 640 for her MOT (passed B) ) then a few twisties over to the newly opened Pineham MX track.
Took the 40d out to try and find autumn red and golds but so far the colours aren't appearing. Had the F1.8 50mm on . EF lense but not fast for motorsport, though not bad for a lense that cost only £70 and more commonly used for portraits
Really wish I had the 70-200 with me as we were treated to two MXGP riders. Carl Nunn and Jake Nicholls B)
Random rider
One of the 640 by Willen lake
Not sure who was more cold. Me on the bike or the guy on the cable wakeboard :woohoo:
"The trails of the world be countless, and most of the trails be tried.
You tread on the heels of many, till you come where the ways divide.
And one lies safe in the sunlight, and the other is dreary and wan, Yet you look aslant at the Lone Trail, and the Lone Trail lures you on....
....Bid good-bye to sweetheart, bid goodbye to friend, The Lone Trail, the Lone Trail, follow to the end.
Tarry not, and fear not, chosen of the true;
Lover of the Lone Trail, The Lone Trail waits for you"

No offence taken myself but a lot of reports. As this is not a hunting forum and the image is causing distress the picture of the animal shot has been removed.
