County Antrim Northern Ireland

Post by Flintlock »

Ride out yesterday with a mate on a 1980 Ducati 900. He is a bit of a road racing fan, so included a bit of the Ulster GP circut and then over the Glens of Antrim to Ballycastle. From there we went to Ballymoney and popped into Joey's bar, got chatting to the barmaid (as you do) who turns out to be Joey's daughter. Visited the Joey and Robert Dunlop's memorial, then rode a bit of the North West 200 circut, followed by lunch in Portrush, and the coastal run back to Larne and home.

293 miles covered before rain stopped play

Thanks for those pics mate.
I'm promising myself a trip to there next year.
Done the south a few times but not the north, so much to see plus the need to have a few with a pal that lives in Portrush. :)
