sure mate, i will wait for you at apple cross to sheildag loop road, i will keep in touch about it on here, and give you a mobile phone number, (ps do you know the apple cross to shieldag loop road ?? i will be camped right near the road on the left hand side, just out of apple cross a mile or so)

I don't know that road at all, I've never been near Scotland on a bike and I'm really looking forward to it! I'm sure I'll find it though, after all Christopher Colombus didn't need a map....! But if you have a GPS position or a map it might come in useful ;-)

hi mate,
go on google earth go to apple cross,
then you will see a little road heading north along the coast, there is a little beach on the left you will see a little bridge go over that bridge and you see a white house and a church, i will be just around there.

Just been looking at my GPS, if I leave Skye about 9am ish I should be there about 11am-11.30am will that still be ok?

Good camp site at Applecross, decent showers etc, very pretty camp site on Skye I don't know what the facilities are like cheers Spud ;)

Just checking to see if it's still on for Wednesday night camping at Kingshouse then on to Applecross for the Thursday night ;-)
