Many thanks for the replies. Looking forwards to seeing you all there. I am not much of a drinker, but looking forwards to the lap dance girls, although tell them to take it easy with me as it is my first rally.

Cheers

Don't tell them it's your first rally Gaffer, they're like a pack of wolves mate, they can smell fear :woohoo:

Hi Guys
Any details about ride outs yet. Looking to do a road ride, haven't done any of the main passes in the area.

Replace "rally" with "camping weekend"
Traditional hedonistic rally activities are highly unlikely at an ABR event so I think your virginity will stay in tact ;)

Hopefully, James will be leading his epic Hardknott/Wrynose/Honister run which is essential for anyone who hasn't done those passes. It's a real classic.

My ride out goes under the "Pipe and Slippers" banner. Nice and relaxed but taking in Hartside and some roads and sights that might surprise the "been there, done that" brigade. Lots of ice-cream, tea and cake stops.

There are usually a couple of trail rides in the offing too.

HTH[/quote]I was wondering if there would be any trail rides as I'm deciding which bike to arrive on (trail or road). I've looked on TrailWise & there a few trails but I have no idea how easy or difficult they are.
Anyone willing to organise an easy trail ride or put together a route for others to follow?

Treat every situation like a dog..

If you can't hump it or eat it, piss on it and walk away.
